Terms & Conditions

1. A booking is confirmed upon acknowledgement of receipt of a completed booking form and advance payment. Until this form has been received, acknowledged and payment received, the booking is NOT confirmed. An invoice will be be sent upon receipt of a completed booking form and must be paid within 7 days of invoice date. Any queries must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of invoice.

2. We can accept a provisional booking, but in order to be fair to all hirers, we reserve the right to cancel a provisional booking if you are unable to confirm the booking with payment.

3. All long term hires will be invoiced monthly, in advance. Full payment must be received by the 1st of each month. Late payment can incur late fees.

4. All confirmed bookings are non-refundable.

5. Hirers should leave the studio/s as they find it; in a clean and tidy condition. They should ensure the stereos, lights and air conditioning are switched off at the end of their hire period.

6. Any damage during the hire period, accidental or otherwise, is to be reported immediately. It is the responsibility of the hirer, to repair or replace all damaged items, failing which the cost of repair or replacement will be invoiced respectively.

7. No toxic, flammable or dangerous materials or fluids must be brought into, or used in the studios.

8. No hazardous or dangerous activities are permitted in the studios.

9. Blue Butterfly Studios will not be liable for the death of, or injury to, any person using a studio; or for any losses, claims, demands, action proceedings, damage costs or expenses, or other liability incurred by the hirer in using a studio except where death or injury is caused by the negligence of Blue Butterfly Studios.

10. Blue Butterfly Studios will not under any circumstances accept responsibility or liability in respect of any damage to, or loss of, any goods, articles or property of any kind brought into or left in a studio either by the hirer for their own purposes or by any other person known to the hirer.

11. Where applicable, Blue Butterfly Studios can ask to see a copy of instructors DBS and Public Liability Insurance Certificate.

12. All hirers must abide by Blue Butterfly Studios’ COVID policy and they must share with Blue Butterfly Studios their own COVID policy.
