Parent & Baby/Toddler Yoga


Our Mummy and Baby classes focus is both postnatal and baby/toddler yoga. Postnatal Yoga is designed to align your body, improve your posture, promote wellbeing and strengthen the core and lower back which is essential after giving birth. It is a safe way to get back into shape and discover relaxation techniques.

This lovely class with Adele supports your recovery after pregnancy and birth whilst helping to grow the bond and aids your baby’s development process. It also supports the bonding between parent and child and is lots of FUN too!


£6.50 per adult and 1 child, per week.
(Babies must be at least 6 weeks old- additional siblings at extra cost)

Fridays – 10.00am-10.45am

After the great response to our Mummy & Baby yoga, we’ve decided to add a parent and toddler/child yoga to our current timetable .

This will be a fun, relaxing session for parents and their children! Not only will you and your child have fun, but its a valuable practice to learn at any age.

And when it comes to doing yoga with your toddler, they may not be ready to practice the poses for themselves, but they will have so much fun interacting with you while you do it!

Autumn Term- Run from Friday 5th November until Friday 17th December

This class runs term time only.

Each class is £6.50 for 1 adult and 1 toddler/child; each additional child is £3 per class.
