Our Mummy and Baby classes focus is both postnatal and baby yoga. Postnatal Yoga is designed to align your body, improve your posture, promote wellbeing and strengthen the core and lower back which is essential after giving birth. It is a safe way to get back into shape and discover relaxation techniques.

This lovely class with Adele supports your recovery after pregnancy and birth whilst helping to grow the bond and aids your baby’s development process.

Spring Term –This class runs from on Monday 10th May, 10.00am – 11.00am; and will run weekly, for 3 weeks, up to and including Monday 24th May (Monday 3rd May is a bank holiday and the class will not run).

Summer Term – This class starts on Monday 7th June, 10.00am – 11.00am; and will run weekly, for 7 weeks, up to and including Monday 19th July.

This class runs term time only.
