Mummy & Baby Yoga
Suitable for Pregnant/Expectant Mums & Babies
from 6 weeks to 1 year old
Our Mummy and Baby classes focus is both postnatal and baby yoga. Postnatal Yoga is designed to align your body, improve your posture, promote wellbeing and strengthen the core and lower back which is essential after giving birth. It is a safe way to get back into shape and discover relaxation techniques.
This lovely class with Adele supports your recovery after pregnancy and birth whilst helping to grow the bond and aids your baby’s development process.
Summer Term – This class starts on Monday 7th June, 10.00am – 10.45am; and will run weekly, for 7 weeks, up to and including Monday 19th July. You can book at any time during the block of classes. You will only be charged for the remaining classes left in the block.
This class runs term time only.
