Yoga lets you tune in, chill out, shape up – all at the same time.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU BRING A YOGA MAT WITH YOU. If you do not have one, we are happy to supply one.

Due to COVID-19, we must follow Government Guidelines regarding the planning and implementing of dance classes. This means that ALL our classes must be booked in advance at this time.

This is to ensure that we are monitoring class numbers and have relevant information about who is attending each class.

We therefore request that you initially book the first or first few classes in this way.

Once you are happy to continue the class on a regular basis we then encourage you to switch to paying monthly to earn discounts and to secure your class place.

Sessions booked on our website are non-refundable as spaces in the class are allocated and cannot be allocated again.

We recommend that classes are booked at least 24 hours in advance. If it is closer to the class time, please call us on 02380 177 485 to check if there is availability.

We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the class is full and in that case, a full refund will be given.
